This could mean two things. Either the player has already gone in and tried to create their own account with Scoreboard instead of waiting for a confirmation email from you. We will soon have a fix for this – in the mean time, send us an email with the player’s name and we will find the mistaken account. It could also mean that they were previously employed by an agent who uses Scoreboard. If this is the case, let us know the agent’s name and the player’s name, and we will take care of it.
